KAEL RU PEY

The broter of Baron Pey. He is a member of House of Representatives in Kadapia. He is always imprudent, but he seems to prepare something.

Quest will automatically trigger when you enter Illisia after completing Pattern of Giant - Symphonia Ep. 4 Scenario.

[Clown of Illisia] Kael Ru Pey

1. Talk to Leona in Illisia.

2. Talk to Dietrich.

3. Move to Imperium Arma and talk to Joshua.

4. Farm Magic Corps’ Pendant x 150 by killing Magic Special Corps (drop rate 20%) and Magic Corps 1st Regimen member (drop rate 100%) at Imperium Arma.

5. Talk to Joshua.

6. Move to Imperium Rex G-3 and talk to Kael. After a dialogue, you will be moved to a non-combat instance. After the cutscene, join a combat mission.

Fight Kael and reduce his HP to 10% within 15 minutes.

TIP: Magic chars are useless in this fight, their damage is reduced.

7. Talk to Kael at Imperium Rex.

[Clown of Illisia] Apostel of Justice

1. Move to Illisia and talk to Dietrich.

2. Go back to Imperium Rex and talk to Kael.

3. Farm or buy the following runes:

Ancient Rune Ti x 10

Ancient Rune Te x 10

Ancient Rune An x 20

Give the runes to Kael.

4. Move to Imperium Arma and talk to Joshua.

5. Farm or buy the following items:

Composite Steel x 200

Cast Iron x 200

High Quality Wood x 200

Move to Bedel Plain and give them to Jason.

6. Move to Imperium Arma and talk to Joshua.

7. Move to Bedel Plain D-9 to join an instanced. After the scene, fight White Wolf and reduce his HP to 25%.

After the fight, move to D-9 again for a dialogue.

8. Give Holy Water x 5 to Joshua in Bedel Plain D-9.

9. Kill mobs in Bedel Plain to obtain Damaged Letter (all mobs, 1% drop rate).

10. Talk to Jason.

[Clown of Illisia] The Traces of Phantom Thieves

1. Move to Imperium Rex or Imperium Rex, Twisted Time and kill Orden’s Guard Dogs to obtain The Piece of Mask x 10.

2. Kill Kadapia Parliament members to farm White Wolf’s Clothes Piece x 10.

3. Kill Giant Ghosts to obtain Bloody Handkerchief x 10.

4. Advance in Imperium Rex and kill Ghost Giant and Ghost Bribantra to obtain White Wolf’s Broken Sword x 10.

5. Move to Imperium Arma and talk to Joshua.

6. Move to Illisia F/G-11 to get news about Kael.

1. Move to Bedel F-3 and talk to Monblant.

2. Move to Illisia and talk to Dietrich.

[Clown of Illisia] Saving Kael

1. Move to Imperium Arma and talk to Joshua.

2. Move to Illisia and talk to Lyndell.

3. Move to Vernier Mansion and hunt Machina mobs to obtain Vernier Family’s Antique x 10.

4. Go back to Illisia and talk to Lyndell.

5. Talk to Violet.

6. Obtain Castle Door’s Pistol by killing Dorol at Mission: Imperium Arma Recapture Expert (drop rate 10%), Master (drop rate 50%) or High Master (drop rate 100%).

7. Move to Illisia and talk to Violet.

8. Talk to Nilly.

9. Move to Imperium Arma and talk to Joshua.

10. Move to Bedel F/G-9 to join a combat instance. After a cutscene, protect Kael from Duke Bedel and Vanguards, while also reducing Bedel’s HP down to 20%. If Kael dies, mission fails. Joshua will assist you, let her tank Duke and focus on Vanguards. Vanguards will keep spawning on Kael’s spot.

TIP: a fast hitting character can make quick work of the Vanguards, while a magic character is ideal to hit Duke Bedel due to his extremely high DEF.

11. Move to Imperium Arma and talk to Joshua.

[Clown of Illisia] Clown’s moves

1. Move to Bedel E7 to search for clues. You will be moved to a non-combat instance.

2. Go back to Imperium Arma and talk to Joshua.

3. Move to Imperium Rex and talk to Kael to receive his card.

4. At Illisia, talk to Leona – who wants to speak to Kael.

5. Talk to Kael again at Imperium Rex for a dialogue between him and Leona.
